We’re looking forward to The Heritage Table at 1915geelong this Friday as part of the Tastes of Greater Geelong Festival.

Presented by Hamo Hospitality, the event brings together its five venues, 1915 Restaurant & Bar, the_retreat_geelong, woolstore.restaurant, Paddock Bakery and mexicams_geelong for a four-course menu inspired by the history of each venue using seasonal produce and local wine.

Cam Hamilton will join host Simon Toohey as a guest speaker, sharing insights into the history and transformation of these venues, all of which were brought to life through construction and fitout projects delivered by Hamilton Group.

Congratulations to the City of Greater Geelong on a great program that celebrates the best of our region’s food, wine and hospitality.

Looking back at one of our original projects - The Glass House, North Geelong.

Congratulations to who are finalists in the upcoming State Awards for Best Refurbished Space and Specialty Bar 👏

We are proud to have delivered this restaurant fitout, transforming the large heritage space into a vibrant, high-energy venue inspired by the streets of Mexico 🌵🪩

The fitout included two bars, open dining, four karaoke rooms, bowling lanes and a full commercial kitchen.
