We have had a long established name within the property valuation industry in Tasmania since 2001. Formerly our practice was TPC Valuers which was predominately southern based, we were offered the exciting opportunity to amalgamate with Preston Rowe Paterson International Valuation Group in 2014 with the Franchise for the entire state of Tasmania. Our Launceston office came to life late in 2015 servicing the North and beyond of our beautiful island.
We have a cohesive professional team consisting of sixteen team members, led by the Directors Damien Taplin and Shelley Taplin. We have an array of expertise and experience in various services we offer. In fact, our valuation team compromises of a total of 85 years combined industry experience.
Our vision is to be recognized as an elite property service provider that exceeds expectations of our clients, our people and our industry. We strongly support our industry in growing Valuers with a focused cadet programme, which we have had great success and it enables us to ensure a steady team reinforcement for the future. We have inducted 9 Cadets to qualifications RPV and CPV in our history. We also offer support in the wider community assisting student Valuers with projects and re- entering industry Valuers .
We have a highly skilled administration team managing a streamline system for sound results and customer service state-wide. We have appointed strategic roles to ensure the process from instruction to submitting the report is supreme and supported with genuine customer service.
