Acting on behalf of an owner occupier, our brief was to a source Industrial land for our clients landscaping business, allowing truck parking and product storage. ⁣

Through the assessment process it was identified our client’s use allowed them to occupy agriculture zoned land. Resulting in a significant saving on the purchase price, compared to Industrial zoned land. ⁣

Located in Shanes Park, a small, semi-rural suburb in Greater Western Sydney, located 50 km west of the Sydney CBD, across the Blacktown and Penrith local government areas.⁣

This property was presented for Auction with six active bidders competing to purchase the property. Prosper Group enabled our client to acquire the property at Auction after completing a thorough Due Diligence process.⁣
