Our Bellevue Hill project is now soooo close to finishing. The whole project team is getting very excited. The Clermont is a boutique development being delivered by Impact Group for our valued client, Concretive. It consists of 4 high-end townhouses and 7 luxury apartments. Final finishing touches are being completed and the landscaping is almost complete. Building works by Impero Constructions and sales by 1st City Real Estate Group. Can’t wait to see the happy faces of the new owners when they take their keys for the first time.

We have successfully achieved Occupation Certificate for our valued client, Waverley College. The front fence for the Junior School consisted of many challenges including the close proximity of a heritage stone wall, several large trees and various underground services. We navigated our way through these challenges with precise design and due diligence on site conditions. The greatest challenge was completing all the works during the school shutdown period over Christmas and New Year. All the kids returned to class in 2022 with a brand new fence to provide safety and security. Well done to our Impact Group project team, Greg Hastie and Adrian Balatinac.

Construction is progressing well on our project in Fairfield that is being delivered for our client, NSW Land and Housing Corporation. This project consists of 5 townhouses being constructed by TAFE NSW. A great initiative by our client to assist the future “tradies” in our industry. Our role on this project is project management during the construction phase of the works. Managing the 3 critical areas of time, cost and quality. We are on track for project completion in early 2022.
