This house anywhere else would be so much more. But there are some reasons to believe house prices here will increase next year.

Why buy a 60 year old house even if “looks pretty” when you can have a house built with superior construction? A glass company’s employees told me almost every house that old in Thompson has mold. They had cheap windows that leaked. Replaced the windows but not the walls with the mold. This house has very expensive quality windows and has since day 1. It’s well built and well insulated. It’s in very good condition by the original owner (me), on a quiet street close to amenities.

Three bathrooms each with a shower or tub/shower combo. 5 bedrooms that can be flex space. Primary bedroom has an ensuite including a shower and a walk in closet. Open concept living/dining. Lower level family room. Fully fenced yard. Fresh air and Humidity control with HRV, central air conditioning.
