Office Administration & Support Assistant
Part-Time | Flexible Hours | McNamara’s Estate Agents

McNamara’s Estate Agents is seeking a motivated, reliable and friendly person to join our team in a part-time Office Administration & Support role.

This is a varied position involving general office administration, client service and day-to-day support for Danny and the wider team.

The role is approximately 20–30 hours per week. There is some flexibility around working hours, and school-hour timing may be possible for the right applicant. Applicants must be available to work at least 9 days per fortnight.

Duties may include:

Reception and customer service
Answering phone calls and assisting clients
General administration and data entry
Preparing documents, letters and correspondence
Assisting with property-related tasks
Supporting day-to-day office operations
Personal assistant-style duties as required

The ideal applicant will be organised, professional, approachable and willing to learn. Strong communication skills, attention to detail and confidence using computers are important.

Previous real estate experience is not essential. A positive attitude, reliability and the ability to work well as part of a team are highly valued.

This is a great opportunity to join a well-established local agency in a friendly, varied and people-focused role.

Remuneration will be based on experience and suitability for the position.
