Having worked alongside Sara for the past four years, April is an integral part of the ๐’๐š๐ซ๐š ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ ๐‘๐ž๐š๐ฅ ๐„๐ฌ๐ญ๐š๐ญ๐ž team, providing administrative support across both the sales and property management departments. From keeping the office running efficiently to ensuring the team has everything they need, April helps make sure every day runs smoothly.

Known for being fun, spontaneous, and adventurous, April loves that no two days are ever the same. She enjoys helping clients and finds the greatest reward in knowing she's made a positive difference and that clients feel genuinely supported.

April believes one of the greatest strengths of Sara Muir Real Estate is its boutique approach. Every client is treated as an individual, allowing the team to build lasting relationships while delivering a personalised level of service.

Outside of work, April enjoys camping, four-wheel driving, catching up with friends, and cheering on the Fremantle Dockers during the AFL season. She also loves spending time with her family, especially being an aunty to her nieces and nephews. At home, she's kept company by her much-loved American Staffy, Buster, and her oversized black cat, Lunar, who she affectionately describes as her very own Garfield.

The WA Government has announced the next phase of proposed changes to the Residential Tenancies Act, including the removal of โ€œno groundsโ€ terminations.
