The Melbourne market is cooling. There is no doubt about it. Selling properties is harder than it was last year.
Waiting for buyers to enquire on our homes or clients to attend our open for inspections just isn’t working as well as what it was.
So we thought we would try something different.
This weekend I did something I’ve never done before.
Starting on Sunday, Leah, Georgia and I travelled to Sydney to meet with six highly successful buyers agents representing hundreds of investors.
The goal? To promote interest among interstate investors in the properties Ray White is selling.
The result? Outrageously promising.
Homes that have had no interest for months now have offers on them and properties that I thought would struggle to sell all of a sudden have interest.
All in the space of 48 hours.
This is old school networking and I’ve missed it.
On a side note, it was also awesome to hang with Rach on Rhodes’ first ever interstate trip.
