Cheap management fees don’t always mean better service. 💭

We get it - lower fees are tempting. But are they really worth risking the performance of your investment?

Here’s why it matters:
1. Most property managers are handling 180–200 properties each. That means less attention, less detail, and no time for proactive management.
2. Cheaper management can cost you more in vacancy. Are you getting regular updates, campaign insights, and clear communication?
3. We go the extra mile with full national tenancy database checks to protect you from risky applicants, not all agencies do. Cutting costs can mean cutting corners.
4. And the difference? A 5% management fee vs 5.5% on a $600/week property is just $3 a week... $156 a year. A small price for better service and a tax-deductible expense 📊
