The Summer post is long gone and we missed Spring completely but that is only because we have been going flat out! Long overdue update for all of you keen to see how your new lots are progressing.

All services are in and we have the site back to ourselves for a while. We have been bringing in truck after truck of material for the roads and have just finished the sub base level and had it tested. Nailed it with a few 100 percent results! This means we can start on the kerbs and gutters. 2klm of kerb and gutter to be exact! Stay tuned for more upcoming shots as this changes to look of everything dramatically.

The Public Open Space / Stormwater treatment Wetlands have consumed the best part of Spring activities. To have gone from a large pile of dirt to a semi finished product has been genuinely impressive. We could not be happier with the outcome so far. Sediment pond is in and the Wetland sculpturing is complete for Stage 1 of the Wetlands. Next week planting begins and then we'll leave nature to her own devices for the winter to let the plants get used to their new home and recommence works later when the footpaths, driveways and roads are further progressed.

Those of you who will call this place home are really going to end up with a beautiful Open Space. Lucky you.

Summer rolls on and we continue to make excellent progress at Tivoli Green on the current stages 10&11. The roads are are really taking shape, they are literally hard as a rock! Stormwater lines are in and Sewer all completed. Won't be long now till we seems the teams from TasNetworks and NBN joining us on site for their installations to begin. Of course we haven't forgotten about the Open Space! Work continues creating the Wetlands, shaping banks and ponds. So nice to be part of creating a wonderful area for the residents of Tivoli Green and surrounding community.

The progress at Tivoli Green right now is incredible. Wherever you look you'll see massive machinery carving the ground with future development in mind.
Stage 10&11 are racing along and we pretty much have all Stormwater and Sewer lines in. Roads are being built up and before too long we'll be working with the TasNetworks team to get power in the ground.
The big news is the commencement of works to create a beautiful Open Space. Follow this journey as we update progress on creating the Wetlands, build trails and paths for everyone to enjoy.

End of the year at Tivoli. Thankfully the better weather has made for some great progress and Stages 10&11 are taking shape.
The guys are building up the roads, putting in services and just as importantly looking after those beautiful trees we planted!
Tivoli Green wish the new residents a wonderful first Christmas in your new homes.

The first builders have site fencing up in Stage 9 at Tivoli. Looks like we'll have builders spread thick across two stages now!
It is very exciting to see some lucky owners moving in now.
Remember to ask your builders to be considerate of the Nature strips when they are building your new house, it is your investment you are protecting!
Stage 10 and 11 are thundering along, well, in between when the rain stops us!

While those of you lucky enough to have secured blocks in Stage 9 Tivoli Green are celebrating receiving Titles rest assured the construction of Stage 10 and 11 continues. Roads are being cut in and the Sewer and Stormwater lines are being laid.
It is lovely to see everything so green on site, I guess not surprising since we called it Tivoli Green!
Those lovely street trees are showing foliage and next week we'll plant out the garden beds in Stage 8 and Stage 9.
Oh and we also have the street signs up!

Congratulations! Stage 9 owners your Titles have been issued! I expect you will all receive official notification in the next couple of days.

Well, that is Stage 9 done and dusted! Roads got a lovely new hotmix seal last week as we made the most of a few dry days.

In a couple of weeks we'll finish planting out the garden beds around the intersections. Perhaps a couple of you lucky Stage 9 owners might like to start a garden care group to make sure the garden beds become a community project to help keep them looking great.

All in at the Titles Office and we are feeling pretty confident we'll have some good news on that front shortly. Fingers crossed.

When you talk with you builders it might pay to ask them what their policy is for looking after your site. We'd love your block to look good when they are building on it.

Spring! Good time to remind everyone exactly how beautiful it is out at Tivoli Green. Wherever you look the views are beautiful! For those of you curious about progress of Titles we have an update. We are in the home straight now with Council just finalising sealing of the Stage 9 Plans and then it is into the Titles Office. Hopefully not too long now. We are as excited as you!

For those of you who were lucky enough to get a block in Stages 10&11 rest assured, those stages are well and truly under construction already. Stay tuned for some snaps in the next post

We missed the July Post! Fear not, plenty happening out at Tivoli Green. Stage 9 is rapidly approaching full completion. Trees have been planted and all footpaths finished and even the first signs of grass growing.
The Civil Contractors are now just waiting for a weather window to Hotmix the roads and then it really will look finished.
Progress seems to halt for a while then as the Service Providers all have to sign off on their respective services. Tasmania has never had a Land Development boom like this so it can be a slow process. Once all completion is signed off it is into the Titles Office. We'd love to be able to be in charge of all this part of the process but the reality is it is out of our hands.
Good things come to those who wait!

First week of Winter and Tivoli Green is enjoying the crisp mornings! The teams on site are busy finishing the footpaths and driveways while another crew level the blocks and tidy them up for the Surveyors to come in and start putting boundary pegs in.
We even have a side project going on the highway that will benefit all Tivoli Residents. New footpaths and Pedestrian crossings are being constructed to the Bus Stops on either side of the highway.

The end of May is in sight and we are awaiting the concrete trucks to start rolling in. The cement plant in Hobart has been down for the past week so no concrete! All prep is done and once we see the trucks it will be full steam ahead!
Glorious out here at the moment, Tivoli Green looks beautiful. We also are seeing so many new houses springing up, it is an exciting time.
