Brisbane’s biggest property surge still ahead.

With the lead-up to the 2032 Olympics driving major infrastructure, population growth and renewed global attention, opportunity across Brisbane’s property market is becoming increasingly strategic — particularly within the new apartment and townhome sector.

At the same time, recent tax changes are creating additional advantages for eligible buyers purchasing new property, increasing demand in an already undersupplied market.

As Brisbane continues to evolve on a global stage, strategic positioning and access to the right opportunities are becoming more important than ever — which is where our team continues to help buyers navigate the evolving new property market with confidence.

In an ever changing world, the property market continues to change — opportunity presents & savvy buyers respond with clearer, more decisive moves.

With new tax concessions now focused on new property, committed off-the-plan properties are potentially a viable option for both investors and owner-occupiers….At the same time:

• Existing property investors retain current tax settings
• Principal places of residence remain unaffected
• New housing supply is now the focus of government policy

This is arguably the ideal opportunity to reassess long-term property goals with greater certainty around the new rules.

Whether you are upgrading, rightsizing or considering your next investment purchase, understanding how these changes apply to your situation has never been more important.

With over 25 years of property experience, we help buyers navigate changing markets with clarity and confidence.

Now is the time to reach out and review your current situation and plan your next move.
