"I would absolutely recommend Fraser and his team at McGrath to anyone wanting to sell their home. I interviewed three agents, and Fraser - who was recommended to me - was the standout candidate. I liked his approach immediately and knew he would represent me and my apartment the way I wanted. He was relaxed, very personable, and extremely professional - instantly making me feel like I was in safe hands. While I prepared my apartment for sale (which took a while) Fraser was in contact periodically and also recommended terrific tradespeople which was really helpful. His experience, market knowledge, and manner helped to alleviate my anxieties before and during the campaign. He talked through strategy options with me, next steps, what to expect, all of which helped me to make informed decisions. Selling your home is stressful, and as a single person it was reassuring to know Fraser was in my corner, acting in my interests throughout the entire process, and we had some laughs along the way.
