No longer will you not know who your Agent is, as there will be no changeover in staff. Back to Basics Property Management is owner operated, this means you have one person managing the sale or leasing of your property. Over the past 20 years I have found many agents do not work in their clients best interests, and ‘buy’ listings, this is over pricing a property to please the customer. This doesn’t work, it just wastes their valuable time and money.
