When I am not in the office or working hard for my clients I love spending time with my wife, kids, chooks and dogs. I have been involved in many of the areas sporting clubs including the Pakenham Cricket Club where I am a proud sponsor of Milo Cricket, the Pakenham Football Club (I still claims to be the best wingman to play there), and still enjoy getting to the Pakenham Golf Club for a quick 9

when time permits. With both sides of my family, the Paynters and Russo’s, being Pakenham locals since the early 1970’s and both names being well-renowned in the local area for their contributions to the local community and local sporting clubs, I understand the importance of community. Having started my real estate career in 2006 I have adapted the values instilled in me at an early age and built a thriving business upon these foundations. I have earned a reputation in the area for having extensive real estate knowledge as well as being a trusted adviser to my ever-expanding network of clients. Throughout my career I have honed my skills in sales, marketing, auction campaigns and most importantly negotiating, listening and overcoming obstacles for my clients. As such in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2016, 2017,2018,2019,2020,2022,2022 I was awarded entry into LJ Ho**ers Elite Captains Club, which recognises the top 15% of sales people within the L J Ho**er network. In 2012 I won not only the Victoria/Tasmania Auction rookie Auction competition, but also beat out all other rookie Auctioneers in the LJ Ho**er network to be named the international winner. In 2014, 2018, 2020, 2021 I was awarded entry into L J Ho**ers Elite Captains Club, Multi-Million Dollar Chapter Member, which places me amongst the top echelon of sales people within the L J Ho**er network. The reality is that not everyone’s parents have spare cash lying around to give to their children to get a step up on the property ladder. Start with a realistic budget, identifying opportunities and utilising first buyer grants. Consider rentvesting or buying with a friend, but seek legal advice for an exit plan. Playing down debt, improving credit, and boosting income with a second job can help to get you there quicker.
