✨ Weekly Wrap 🏡 | Market Update ✨
This week, Milan and I discussed what we're seeing in the local market, and there are some encouraging signs emerging.
Over the last two weeks, we've noticed a slight increase in buyer confidence, along with more properties coming onto the market. Buyer numbers have also increased a touch, which is great to see after a period of uncertainty.
While we're not out of the woods yet, there are definitely positive signs that the market is moving in the right direction. What we need now is continued confidence and security moving forward, giving people the certainty to make decisions and take the next step with their property plans.

👍 Opportunities still exist for both buyers and sellers.
The market is showing signs of improvement, and we're looking forward to seeing how the coming months unfold.
