The summer rain has greened the paddocks and made the wisteria and grape vines rocket! Ben and I are busy trimming and taming the garden and planting new basil for you to enjoy on your wood fired pizzas.

Cooking in the wood fired oven is one of our guests' favourite things to do when staying here at Winnow's Rise, and so we've put together a hamper of goodies to help make your own wood fired pizza evening easy peasy 💛

If you've never used an outdoor oven before, don't worry, we've got you! There's a bread maker to rise the dough, and Ben has written detailed instructions that will guide you through the process of preheating the oven, maintaing the right temperature and getting an even cook. Be prepared to wow yourself with your newfound gourmet pizza making skills!
