What started as an office idea a couple years ago to do an Enticer Triathlon somehow turned into a 70.3.

It’s been a big few months. Early mornings, long rides, plenty of running and swimming, and a lot of hours away from home.

A massive thank you to my wife Mary Jaz and my kids for supporting me through it and putting up with all the time training takes. Couldn’t have done it without you.

And a big thanks to my coach Blake Morrison for the program, guidance and getting me to the start line ready to go.

Today was hard, but crossing that finish line made all the work worth it.

70.3 done. ✅

Time for a rest now.
