People often ask us how we can possibly live together AND work together every day… and have done it for more than 20 years! 😂

The answer is actually pretty simple — we genuinely love what we do, and we work well together.

We both bring very different things to the business. We have different strengths, different ideas and definitely different ways of doing things. Neither of us is “the boss” — we’ve always worked as a team and made the big decisions together. Do we always agree? Absolutely not! Sometimes we just have to agree to disagree… and occasionally revisit the conversation when one of us has realized the other one might have actually been right. 😂

But I think that’s also what makes it work. We challenge each other, bounce ideas off each other and fill the gaps where the other might not be as strong. There’s never been a need to compete with each other because ultimately we’re both working towards exactly the same thing.

More than 20 years in real estate together has certainly had its moments. There have been long days, late nights, stressful deals, phone calls at all hours and plenty of conversations about work when we probably should have been talking about something else! 😂 But there have also been some incredible highs, lots of laughs and some pretty amazing people come into our lives along the way.

We genuinely love our job. We love our business, we love our team and we love working with our clients. Being trusted to help someone through one of the biggest decisions they’ll make is something we’ve never taken for granted.

After all these years, we’re still learning, still bouncing ideas off each other, still occasionally driving each other mad… and still turning up every day wanting to do it all over again.

Somehow, it just works. ❤️

To the dads, stepdads, first-time dads, soon-to-be dads, fathers-in-law, the dads who can’t be with their kids today, and the special dads who are no longer here but will never be forgotten. ❤️

And of course, a very special Happy Father’s Day to MY DAD — the one who has always been there through thick and thin. ❤️

We hope all the dads out there get spoilt today… the remote is yours, the beer is cold, nobody asks you to fix anything, and you’re allowed to fire up the BBQ without anyone telling you how to do it! 😂🍺
