Need house's now for our wonderful Elvis guests!
It's only March and we already have over 200 people on our list wanting home hosted accommodation for the 2015 Elvis Festival.
This is the first year we will be booking and taking payments on line so no more of past problems for hosts such as guests not showing up and not paying etc. No more past problems for guests trying to do everything over fax and phone. The results for 2013 are in, Parkes officially say house prices grow by 8.9%! The median sale price was $245,000 which would now be worth $266,000 without even picking up a paint brush woohoo!
