A huge congratulations to Jonathan for securing a 2nd place at the Queensland Amateur Brewing Competition (QABC) last week!
Jonathan is a valued member of our Pelican Waters team, where he oversees water quality monitoring. When he's not at work, you'll likely find him pursuing his passion for brewing, crafting an impressive range of b**r styles.

This year, Jonathan once again impressed the judges, earning runner-up honours for the second consecutive year with his German L***r (Helles). 🍺

Backing up last year's outstanding result is a fantastic achievement and a testament to Jonathan's skill and dedication to his craft.

Congratulations Jon, on another incredible performance! We're proud of your achievement and will be cheering you on as you chase gold next year! 🥇👏

🏉 A Proud Moment for Michael Fields from SEE Civil 🏆

Some achievements are even more special when you've been part of the journey from the very beginning.

For over 10 years, Michael Fields has been helping shape the Pelican Waters community through his work with SEE Civil. But his connection to the Sunshine Coast extends far beyond the projects he helps deliver.

Michael has also been there since the early days of Brothers Rugby Sunshine Coast, supporting the club as it grew from a vision into a thriving part of the local sporting community.

This weekend, that journey reached a historic milestone.

🥇 2026 Sunshine Coast Rugby Union Reserve Grade Premiers

The Brothers Reggies capped off an incredible finals campaign with a 36-19 Grand Final victory over University, securing the club's first senior premiership.

For Michael, watching the team lift the trophy was a proud moment, having witnessed the club's growth every step of the way.

From helping build communities through infrastructure at Pelican Waters to supporting the people and organisations that bring communities together, Michael embodies what community is all about: connection, opportunity and belonging.

Congratulations to Michael, the entire Brothers Rugby Sunshine Coast family, and especially the 2026 Reggies on this outstanding achievement.

🏌️‍♂️⛳ What a fantastic day at the Flags to Fairways Golf Day hosted by the Metropolitan Caloundra Surf Life Saving Club!

Pelican Waters and Henzells Agency were proud to once again be the major sponsor of this wonderful event, helping raise much-needed funds for the club. This marks our second year supporting the day, and it was another outstanding success.

A huge congratulations to everyone involved in organising the event from Caloundra Metropolitan Surf Club especially Ash Robinson, Carla Dreyer, and the incredible team of volunteers . Your hard work and dedication made the day such a memorable one for all involved.

While our team of Hamish Pressland, Steve Webb, Grant Callaghan and Scott Barnes weren't anywhere near the top half of the placegetters, we had a fantastic day on the course and thoroughly enjoyed being part of such a great community event.

Well done to everyone who participated, supported, and helped make the day such a success🏌️‍♀️⛳
