🏡 An Opportunity to Share Our Pemberton Space
As our business continues to evolve across the Southern Forests, so too does the way we use our Pemberton office.
Harcourts Southern Forests remains very much a part of Pemberton, but we have realised that our current office space offers more room than we need on a day-to-day basis and that may present a great opportunity for someone else.
Some of you may remember that for around 18 months we successfully shared our building with a local gift and clothing business KADOCO. It worked extremely well, with two businesses operating independently but very comfortably alongside each other.
We’d love to explore whether there might be another local business, professional service, retailer or perhaps someone with a great idea who would like to do something similar.
We’re very flexible about what that could look like. From sharing part of the building, window space and operating alongside us, through to discussing other arrangements for someone needing a larger space.
Most importantly, we’re not leaving Pemberton. We’re simply looking at how we can make better use of a great space and perhaps create an opportunity for another business at the same time.
