With three open home viewings scheduled for Friday 5/12, Saturday 6/12 and Sunday 7/12 and viewings by appointment also accommodated, the sale was concluded and contracts were exchanged on Sunday 7/12/2025 after only six days on market. 26 buyer groups inspected the home. All buyers received communications and information about the home, the process and were provided clear directives of the owners intention to sell to the best offer following these inspections. With our published price guide being $1.45m - $1.55m and the sale price being $1.53m - both vendors and purchasers were very happy.
