Jordan Springs is a connected community and a haven for residents like Dave Crocker, who has lived in the area for 8 years. With its clean streets, modern homes and locality to shops and businesses, the area is popular with families and those looking for a relaxed, quieter lifestyle.

“I like how quiet our street is and how convenient the shops are, there’s a good mix of options for food as well,” Dave said.

“Since moving 8 years ago, we have gotten to know all the neighbours. In the first few years, we had a street Christmas party to meet each other and catch up. People are friendly and it’s a nice place to come home to.”
