Meet our Centre Ambassador, Mark “MG” Geyer - a proud South Penrith local who is a familiar face around the centre.

Whether he’s grabbing a coffee or chatting with retailers and customers, MG is a regular at Southlands and a big part of what makes our centre feel like community.

A rugby league legend, former Australian international and member of the Penrith Panthers’ 1991 premiership team, MG brings his trademark energy, authenticity and down-to-earth nature wherever he goes.

These days, alongside his media career, he remains deeply connected to Penrith - and we are proud to have him bringing that local spirit to Southlands.

Saturday night’s NSW | ACT Awards was a fantastic opportunity to celebrate success across the network and recognise the continued growth of our brand.

We are proud to see Colin Henry awarded the prestigious Max Raine Award - the highest individual honour within the Raine & Horne group. Angus Raine, Executive Chairman acknowledged Colin’s decades of dedication, his commitment to his team and community and his ongoing drive to grow the brand – including the recent launch of Retail Services, which continues to build strong momentum.

We also celebrated the outstanding achievements of Shopping Centre Manager, Bianca Williams:

A standout moment at this year’s Raine & Horne NSW | ACT Awards was the presentation of the prestigious Max Raine Award for 2026 - the highest individual honour within the group - to our Managing Director, Colin Henry.

In presenting the award, Angus Raine, Executive Chairman of Raine & Horne delivered a compelling tribute to Colin’s remarkable career, highlighting more than three decades of dedication to the brand, his unwavering commitment to his team and the local community, and his genuine passion for the industry.

Colin’s contribution to Raine & Horne is significant. With over 42 years in real estate, he launched the first Raine & Horne Commercial office in Penrith in 1991 and continues to drive innovation within the business, most recently with the launch of Raine & Horne Commercial Retail Services.

His leadership, mentorship, and ability to build lasting relationships were key themes throughout the address - a reflection of the impact he has had not only within the organisation, but across the broader property industry.
