Plus, there’s a handful of Melbourne projects in Clyde North, Ferntree Gully and Brunswick that are ours (we also have an office in Victoria). We also partner with different companies to deliver some pretty cool projects. This includes Ocean Edge Apartments that are right on the Port Coogee beach, and four apartment complexes in Ellenbrook (the ones opposite Ellenbrook Central). Plus, we have our own investment portfolio that includes commercial offices, retail outlets, and residential homes. We also own our purpose built premise in Malaga that includes our Selection Centre. So why are we telling you this? Because we know what we’re doing. We are experts when it comes to all things property related so can achieve greater efficiencies and build incredible homes. And we don’t rely just on building homes for our cashflow.
