I'm looking for a like minded tenant to share the house. It's cosy, affordable, strategically located, quiet and lots of privacy. It's just 10 minutes walking distance (3 mins cycling) to Gosnells Train Stations and the town centre with all the facilities available. It is possible to travel to the airport from the train station at only $4.50/ direction. Only 20 mins driving to the airport and therefore it is suitable for FIFO workers. 5 mins walking distance to Mary Carol Park which is gazetted as a migratory birds sanctuary and 10 mins driving to Ellis Brook Valley Reserve. Additional $30/week for utilities that covers Internet, electricity, water and gas. The bed shown in the picture can be transformed to double bed. Bed sheets, pillow case, blanket and towel can be provided upon request. Additional $50 surcharge per week if move in with partner.

Room in Gosnells available (South of Metro Perth , WA). I have few rooms available for rent. Off the road parking space. Quiet and great location . Walking distance to the town centre, schools, park and to Gosnells train station. There is also a beautiful nature reserve nearby. Rent is $160/week for small room, $170/week for medium room and $260/week for ensuite room with a private outdoor garden.
