At Cygnet West, we've spent the lead-up to today sharing practical tools, resources and learning opportunities to help our people feel confident checking in with one another, recognising when someone might need support, and knowing where to turn for help when it's needed. We've also continued promoting access to our Employee Assistance Program and wellbeing resources available to all employees.
