A big week for our Strata Management team!

Following yesterday's recognition as Strata Management Business of the Year, we're pleased to announce Cygnet West's appointment as Strata Manager, Facilities Manager and Concierge provider for Perth Hub One, a landmark residential development comprising more than 300 lots in Perth's C*D.

Securing all three appointments across our integrated service lines is a fantastic result and one we're incredibly proud of.

It's been an exciting few days at Cygnet West following a standout result at the 2026 Strata Community Association (WA) Awards last Friday night, with Cygnet West named Strata Management Business (Medium) and our people being recognised across five award categories.

At Cygnet West, one of our greatest strengths is the diversity of experiences, cultures and perspectives that make up our team.

Last Friday, we celebrated World Food Day with a team pot luck, sharing dishes that reflect our backgrounds, family traditions and favourite flavours from around the world.

Good food has a way of bringing people together, and we loved celebrating the many cultures that help make Cygnet West the business it is today. ❤️
