Posted • I cannot believe and myself have managed to pull this off. The last year has been incredibly hectic with career changes, a baby and I’m honestly so happy that we finally get to enjoy everything we have worked so hard for. Definitely didn’t think I’d have my own house by 21 but couldn’t of done it with keira. Big shout out to .newhomes for everything you’ve done your the best, as well as for going above and beyond squishing and doubts about the building industry in the process finishing our house in under a year, with no major delays or price increases!

A question 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ I get a lot when sitting in-front of clients is what will my house be worth in a year if I build with you?

The honest truth is nobody has the 🔮 on property prices. While interest rates made house prices less affordable the WA market is still very affordable compared to the rest of the country 💯

The🎙️ are saying house prices are going to drop in 2023??

No one can give a definitive answer here but one thing we know is for sure is for there to be a house price fall then “Sellers must be more desperate to sell then buyers are to buy”, With rental vacancies in Perth being the lowest in the country as well as unemployment at record lows the metrics are telling us the Perth market is positioned well to be resilient through the next cycle. #2023
