Hawaiian

Hawaiian Hawaiian is a property company with a difference, proudly celebrating 30 years in Western Australia.

With an evolving portfolio across the commercial, retail, hospitality and land development markets, Hawaiian, a privately owned WA based property group, has established a strong presence in Western Australia since 1993. From the first acquisition of the Parmelia Hilton, over 30 years ago, today Hawaiian own and operate 11 shopping centres across the Perth metro area, three St Georges Terrace offic

e towers, and hospitality locations including the world renowned Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa and The Sunshine Harvester Works in Fremantle, along with land investment projects Australia wide. Hawaiian’s philosophy of enriching lives through our places and experiences are deeply woven into how the company operates. It’s not a matter of one fits all, each area of the business interprets how this is reflected in their day to day business. It’s through physical spaces, providing their tenants, guests and shoppers a place to connect; it’s through introductions, making connections between others in their network; and it’s through experiences, providing their communities with activities or events that inspire them to engage.

Big news. 🎉

We're proud to announce Beau Waters as Hawaiian's new Chief Executive Officer.

Beau joined our team as Chief Operating Officer in February 2025 and hit the ground running - his leadership, his values and his genuine care for people and community made him the clear choice to lead Hawaiian into its next chapter.

Beyond Hawaiian, Beau is someone who shows up for others. AFL Jim Stynes Community Leadership Award recipient, Cancer Council Australia ambassador, Youth Focus supporter and West Coast Eagles Board member - community isn't just a word to Beau, it's how he lives.

We couldn't be more excited for this next chapter.

Ready to level up? 🎮

Founded in Fremantle in 1981, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre is WA's longest-running theatre company and a recognised leader in puppetry.

As part of Hawaiian's School Program, the Spare Parts 'Level Up!' show brings an action-packed story about friendship, gaming and growing up directly to students.

Following two children who escape their real-life worries inside the video game Z, the performance explores the pull between real and virtual worlds... and what it truly means to "win". 🎮✨

Through the art of puppetry, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre creates stories that ignite young imaginations and encourage children to see and experience the world in new ways.

It starts with a haircut. But it's the connection that stays. 🤝

A seat in the chair creates space for a chat, a laugh and a moment of genuine human connection; something the team at Short Back & Sidewalks believes everyone deserves.

Since beginning right here in Perth, Short Back & Sidewalks has created thousands of positive connections with people experiencing homelessness and poverty across Australia.

No judgement. No expectations. Just care, conversation and a fresh cut.

We're proud to stand alongside an organisation making a meaningful difference, one connection at a time.

For more than a decade, Co3 Contemporary Dance has been creating captivating performances and experiences that enrich WA's cultural landscape, while inspiring the next generation of artists.

We are so lucky to be partnering with Co3 through the Hawaiian School Program, bringing their incredible show, 'Paper, Scissors, Rocket!' into local schools. 🚀

Created by Unkempt Dance and delivered by Co3 Teaching Artists, the energetic performance and movement workshop follows two friends as they navigate games and challenges, exploring teamwork, compromise and positive risk-taking through playful storytelling and dance.

Students don't just watch, they get moving too, with tailored workshops encouraging them to embrace their differences and work together to reach their goals.

When the sun goes down, the Kimberley puts on a different kind of show ✨🌙

Winter in Broome means warm days, cooler evenings and more reasons to stay outside long after sunset.

Look up at vast night skies. Watch the moon rise over Roebuck Bay. Wander the night markets under the stars. And, if the timing is right, witness the magic of Staircase to the Moon 🌕

Then retreat to Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa, where swaying palms, warm Kimberley hospitality and the Indian Ocean are waiting.

Because in the Kimberley, the adventure doesn't end at sunset.
