Hawaiian

Hawaiian Hawaiian is a property company with a difference, proudly celebrating 30 years in Western Australia.

With an evolving portfolio across the commercial, retail, hospitality and land development markets, Hawaiian, a privately owned WA based property group, has established a strong presence in Western Australia since 1993. From the first acquisition of the Parmelia Hilton, over 30 years ago, today Hawaiian own and operate 11 shopping centres across the Perth metro area, three St Georges Terrace offic

e towers, and hospitality locations including the world renowned Cable Beach Club Resort & Spa and The Sunshine Harvester Works in Fremantle, along with land investment projects Australia wide. Hawaiian’s philosophy of enriching lives through our places and experiences are deeply woven into how the company operates. It’s not a matter of one fits all, each area of the business interprets how this is reflected in their day to day business. It’s through physical spaces, providing their tenants, guests and shoppers a place to connect; it’s through introductions, making connections between others in their network; and it’s through experiences, providing their communities with activities or events that inspire them to engage.

At Hawaiian, we believe every child deserves access to experiences that inspire them.

Our Schools Program brings arts, health and wellbeing programs to around 100 primary schools within 5km of our centres - completely free! In 2025 alone, over 10,000 students across 92 schools were supported.

This year we're proud to again be partnering with Co3 Contemporary Dance, Freeze Frame Opera, Perth Symphony Orchestra, Spare Parts Puppet Theatre, Foodbank WA and the West Coast Eagles.

Is your school near a Hawaiian centre? If so, we hope to see your smiling faces soon!

Six years in and the Eagles Rock My School program just keeps getting better.

As proud partners of the West Coast Eagles, we're continuing our support of this incredible schools program - now in its sixth year and evolving in a big way for 2026.

This year introduces a brand new storyline featuring Rick the Rock and Eagles midfielder Brady Hough, bringing to life the values of friendship, teamwork and respect.

Reaching thousands of primary school students across Perth each year, the program uses the power of sport and storytelling to build confidence, connection and resilience in young people that goes well beyond the classroom.

Proud to be part of something that makes a difference.

Thank you West Coast Eagles 🦅

Winter doesn't have to mean cold. 🌅

Broome in June is 30 degrees, unhurried and one of the best things WA has to offer. Pool days, sundowners at Sunset Bar & Grill as the sky turns every shade of orange.

Sometimes you don't need to go far to feel a world away. No long haul flights. No passports. No fuss.

Autumn is the perfect excuse to slow down. And we know just the place. 🍂

The Parmelia Hilton is right in the heart of the city. Think warm baths, fluffy robes, room service from Samuels On Mill autumn menu, and a glass of something good with nowhere to be.

Sometimes the best escape is closer than you think.
