A lot has happened on site at Melvista over the past few months, from foundational concrete pouring to new floor levels and structural walls!

Our construction team have been working very hard and progressing well, and we're confident to be on track for our estimated completion dates.

The basement raft slab at Melvista is currently in construction with more than 360 cubic metres of concrete poured this week, that's a lot of concrete!

With the warmer months ahead of us, construction on site will be progressing steadily which means time is running out to secure one of the two new custom designed 3 bedroom apartments.

It's been a busy two months of excavating and getting the building out of the ground!

Despite some stormy weather, our construction team have made great progress this month with concrete pouring and completing the basement footprint.

The blinding layer you can see pictured is a working platform for the basement construction, including the installation of temporary support sheet piles.

Weโ€™re now getting it all reinforced with the tower crane base installation, and we will have more concrete going in to build up the footings and basement slab.

Construction is still on track for completion towards the end of 2023, so we have an exciting next few months ahead us now that the basement slab is in place, so you can expect to see a lot of progress with the levels over the coming months!

As you may be aware, we have a brand new, but very exclusive 3 bedroom apartment design.

With such a unique design and only two available, naturally we have received a lot of interest, with one currently on hold.
