Brickwork has become a defining signature of Willing. Masonry, our material of choice, is an expression of craftsmanship, character and the enduring beauty.

"Our ambition was to contribute something enduring — a building with craftsmanship, detail and materiality that would become richer with age and stand for centuries to come. It is why brick, sourced and made locally from Western Australian clay, was carried across all seven levels. Brick is fundamental to Willing and is our enduring imprint within the residential apartment space. Using locally sourced brick gives the building a permanence and texture that relates naturally to the surrounding neighbourhood."

Proud to be supporting the Furniture Design Studio & SBP Group team as they take on the 2026 MACA Cancer 200 this weekend.

On 17–18 October, the team will cycle 200km over two days, raising vital funds for cancer research at the Harry Perkins Institute of Medical Research.

We’re pleased to welcome Daniela to the Willing team.

Joining us as a Junior Contract Administrator, Daniela has a background in Architecture and Building and Construction Management, bringing an understanding of both design and construction to our projects.

With a strong interest in the relationship between architecture, urban environments and the pedestrian experience, Daniela’s approach aligns closely with Willing’s perspective on creating considered places.

We’ve always believed that if you’re going to build in a neighbourhood, it’s important to become part of it.

Our connection to a neighbourhood continues well beyond the completion of a building — sometimes behind the coffee machine, sometimes around the corner at the bar or restaurant, but always as part of the everyday rhythm of the place.

It means we get to watch the homes we’ve created come to life, welcome familiar faces through our doors, and see new communities take shape around them.

For us, that’s one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
