We are a Perth based Building Inspection company and we cover all areas from Yanchep to Rockingham and out into the Perth Hills. All building inspections are conducted by Jay unless a specialist report i
s required such as a pest , plumbing or electrical inspections. When these are needed we will handle all of these for no extra charge. At I.Q we also love to give back to the community so for every new booking we will donate $25 on your behalf to your chosen organisation.
