7 MAJOR reasons why I believe the property market WILL stay strong in 2023.
1. We're a RESOURCE-RICH country, with the war in Ukraine and what's happening in China this is actually advantageous to us, we've got a multitude of resources and Agriculture. We've got what the rest of the world still needs.
2. We are a very PROFITABLE country, our balance of trade is positive, and has been for a number of years now while the rest of the world are running in deficits ........ we are not.
3. We've got IMMIGRATION now. We've already said that we're going to open the doors to some 200,000 people, and that's just the permanent residence, we've also got a whole swag of temporary visas.
4. We’re already in a housing crisis, when we start adding those kinds of immigration numbers to our population, it's going to really STRENGTHEN the Property Market, not make it crash.
5. Inflation has now PEAKED and it's on it’s way down.
6. We should see a SETTLING OF INTEREST RATES in 2023, I believe that the RBA will recognize they've probably gone too far and will bring it back a touch.
7. Property is massively, massively UNDER SUPPLIED, we do not have enough housing and property prices are going to go because of this.
