It's hard to put into words how grateful we are for the entire journey with Pinoy Low Deposit Housing.
When we first met Travis and Cyrel, we were just a family with a dream of owning our own home. We had spoken with other brokers before, but they were different. From day one, they listened. Not just to what we wanted in a house, but to our family's situation, our goals, our concerns, and what truly mattered to us. We felt heard, understood, and supported.
Throughout the entire process, Travis, Cyrel, and their team were professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. One thing we especially appreciated was their efficiency and communication. Building a home involves so many moving parts, but we always felt informed about what was happening and what came next. Questions were answered promptly, updates were communicated clearly, and we never felt left wondering where things stood.
Of course, like any home-building journey, there were a few hiccups and stressful moments along the way. But at no point did we feel alone. Whenever challenges came up, there was always someone willing to help, explain, reassure, and point us in the right direction. Because of that, the process never felt overwhelmingly stressful. Instead, it felt like we had a team we could trust and rely on.
What stood out most was the heart behind everything they do. We never felt like just another client or number on a list. We felt like they were genuinely invested in seeing our family succeed and helping us reach this milestone.
Even after handover, the care didn't stop. The visit to our home meant so much to us because it showed that the relationship didn't end once the keys were handed over. That kind of support and genuine care is rare.
Looking around our home today, we're reminded that this wasn't just a house project—it was the fulfillment of a dream that our family worked hard for, and we're incredibly thankful to have had Travis, Cyrel, and the entire Pinoy Low Deposit Housing team walking alongside us throughout the journey.
