Building Communities Initiative (BCI) is delighted to announce the promotion of Mr Philip Bassey from his role as relationship manager to the position of executive assistant to the chief operations officer, Mr Nenad Novkovic.
Philip, in his role as a relationship manager, provided proactive and open communication ensuring that stakeholders are consistently well informed and engaged. Notably, he has contributed to reducing the workload for his line manager showcasing his commitment and competence.
His strong emotional intelligence has fostered stability and cooperation among team members while his adaptability to new processes and innovative approaches has proven to be a valuable asset to BCI, especially the African Team.

In Philip's new role as executive assistant he will assume key responsibilities, such as correspondence management, gatekeeping, problem solving, project assistance, team liaison, administrative support, and the paramount assurance of confidentiality.
