There’s a story behind every award. This is one of Anna’s.

A local Perth family wanted to unlock capital from an ageing industrial property their father had built (it had been in the family 50+ years!) without uprooting the business that still relied on it.

The first sale fell over in due diligence. Instead of panicking, Anna regrouped with the family, listened to buyer feedback, honed in on the ideal buyer, repositioned the asset… and secured a second offer on better terms than the first.

From there, it was all about structure, communication and care: getting a complex sale-and-leaseback to the finish line in a way that protected both the business and the people behind it.

As part of our EOFY process, our leadership team took a day off from working IN the business to work ON it. We set our 12-month goals and reviewed our 3 and 5-year targets to ensure they still 100% align with our long-term vision.

This pause allowed us to reflect on the past 12 months and all the wins and challenges we've encountered. There was plenty to review on both sides of the ledger!

Some of our favourite highlights!

⭐ 40+ sales and lease transactions
⭐ Moving into our newly fitted-out offices in Mt Hawthorn (stay tuned for our transformation video!)
⭐ Our sales and leasing expert, Anna, secured one of the largest industrial leases in the country (20,300m² of warehouse in Bibra Lake)
⭐ Our team has grown, adding additional admin support to the management division
⭐ Purchased our first commercial rent-roll, bolstering our properties under management and providing further growth opportunities

It's been a busy 12 months!

We can't wait to dive into 24/25 and see what we can achieve.

April has proven to be a HUGE monthly in Industrial leasing for Perth Commercial Property, with an enormous 54,994m2 of industrial land leased across Perth and the Pilbara for valued private clients.

Anna Valentine successfully negotiated the below leasing transactions:
- 43,744m2 of land with 20,300m2 of warehousing in Bibra Lake.
- 11,200m2 of land with 584m2 of building improvements in Port Hedland.
