In addition the counter leaver Roof on the balcony is lined with composite aluminium panels in satin white gloss .
Joining it all together sheet by sheet is a negative detail strip to finish off the edges.
Mysteriously hanging in mid air with no visible fixings it finishes off the top roof lining which can be seen from all angles.
No painting
No rust
No corrosion
Fireproof and lightweight

We have been quiet with our posts but we haven’t been quite with production. Here’s a few shots of the roof cover. Finished off with full barge  colour bond wrapping everything down to the last solar panel TV aerial all completed ready for Scaffold drop . 36 solar panels in total on the top ready to go.more to come .⚡️⚡️⚡️

Today we embarked probably on one of the most difficult Engineering feats to construct and put together On Site but we prevailed , and we got it done again .
Steel framework for the counter lever balcony started off with 11.5 meter 200 UB beam weighing in at 2.3 t , welded and bolted together perfectly 15 meters up from the ground.
Engineered and designed to withstand the balcony counter lever beams and deflection properties of the N3 high wind classification.
The 5 degree Roof pitch with 1m  radiuses bent perfectly  on the front PFC Facia beam , follows the contours of the concrete balconies below.
Total tonnage of Steel erected today 7.8 t

So after going to Site early June 2025 we have now finished the second floor brickwork. The masonry structure is now complete.
Now onto the Roof construction top level which will transform the whole look of the project.

Our Italian handmade reclaimed Cloudy silver facebrick has finally made it to site. This showcases the first level feature brickwork..
We wanted something different that would complement the design and the beach vibe and I think this Brick does it very well
