WE ARE HIRING || Personal Assistant / Field Agent

We're looking for a Personal Assistant / Field Agent to join our Sales Team at Haiven Property, based in our Applecross office. This is a hybrid role, combining office-based support with on-the-ground assistance.

- Support an Established, High-Performing Team
- Assisting with Offers & Acceptances and sales documentation
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, photography, floor plans and advertising
- Managing diaries, appointments and calendars
- Preparing for and assisting with home opens and inspections, including supporting the agent on weekends during home opens

What you'll need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate
- Availability to work weekends as required for home opens
- A valid driver's licence (own reliable transport preferred, given the field component of this role)

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an experienced sales team, gain valuable industry knowledge and become an integral part of a successful real estate business.
