Congrats Dwight & Delana on getting your building journey back on track!

Dwight & Delana had originally started their building journey with another builder and had successfully secured land SOR. However, ongoing inconsistencies and a lack of clear communication and information quickly took the excitement out of what should have been such an exciting experience. Instead, they were left feeling anxious, uncertain and questioning whether moving forward with their current builder was really the right choice for them.

At 3:45am, Dwight decided it was time to explore their options. After coming across Mr E on socials and doing a little research of his own, he booked a meeting with us to see if we could help them build within budget while ticking more of the boxes on both his and Delana’s wish list.

After a 30–45minute chat with Nik, the uncertainty quickly turned back into excitement! With a clearer gameplan, confidence in the path ahead and a floorplan they could personalise to make their own, Dwight & Delana were so ready to get things moving that they came back into Mr E HQ the very next day and signed up for our Era Scullery floorplan on their block that they secured.

What started as a standard minor bedroom has been completely transformed into a self-contained guest suite.
These clients regularly have family come to stay so they made the call to give guests their own space. A full ensuite with shower, vanity and toilet, plus a private courtyard for some downtime away from the main living areas. It is thoughtful, practical, and makes a big difference to how the home actually functions for everyone in it.

Congrats Patrick on starting your building journey!
This is Patrick's second build, and this time he's building the home he'll raise his family in. We were able to secure him a 570m2 block in the Southwestern corridor and Patrick went for the Wingman design with a couple of tweaks, adding in a separate activity room for the kids, while still having a great sized garage with room for all the toys and a gym, plus a large open kitchen, living and dining space with great views to the backyard.

Congrats Jack on starting your build journey!
This legend is a first home buyer for whom we managed to land a block in his preferred suburb south of the river, which is no small thing in this market. He's building the Snatched 4x2 plus theatre, and the brief was clear from the start: secure storage in the garage for his race car, a solid backyard for the pups, and enough room to throw a pool in down the track if needed.
We also chose the correct layout to allow for future renting of bedrooms to help ease the cost of living allowing to future pace this home as an investment if and when required.

These legends are first home buyers building their dream home north of the river on a block we helped secure off market. The design they've put together is seriously impressive: the Bachelor design, reworked from the ground up to suit the way they actually live. That means a 4 car garage with a workshop and hoist section, a larger scullery and mudroom carved out of the original bedroom space, an additional guest suite and office where the theatre used to be, and a massive ensuite with a dedicated spot for the laundry hamper. The attention to detail on this one is next level.

Congrats Norah on starting your building journey!
This legend is a first home buyer building south of the river on a block we helped her secure off market. We reworked her initial budget and landed on the Beech Design by Move Homes, with a few modifications to get it sitting perfectly on the block without blowing the numbers.
The end result is a 4x2 that genuinely delivers on what mattered most to Norah: a massive kitchen and scullery, and a master suite done right with his and her robes, a large ensuite, extra vanity space, and an oversized shower.
