🎉 20 YEARS of Express Property Settlements 🎉 Let’s take a walk down memory lane... the last slide is a vibe🗞️
In 2004, Kerry transformed her passion for property and desire for an independent lifestyle into reality, opening Express Property Settlements from her home office. Balancing family life with her young children, she built a client base from scratch, making countless trips to the CBD to lodge settlements (back when every transaction was on paper).
As Express began to grow, Kerry’s friend Julia joined us to help with administration, and it quickly became clear that we needed more space…and more hands.
In 2013, Kerry’s son Jordan joined the team, ushering in a new generation. Starting as a conveyancing assistant, he quickly learned the ropes and became an integral part of the team. Over the years, Jordan was promoted to senior conveyancer, and soon completed his conveyancing license and was appointed as a Director in 2020.
We moved into an office in Applecross, shared with Pulse Property Group marking the start of an exciting chapter. Those 8 years were filled with growth, collaboration, and connections with wonderful clients and industry friends. Our team grew, welcoming conveyancing assistant Louise, and building a small yet reliable network of contractors who regularly jump in so we can enjoy a well-earned holiday now and then!
In June of 2022, we celebrated our biggest milestone yet...purchasing our very own office in East Fremantle.
From our humble beginnings to a trusted, thriving business, we’re deeply grateful to every client, colleague, and friend who’s been part of this journey.
