Well we missed this little bit of good news and are chuffed to see that we have taken this award out again after a topsy turvy 2020 for many.

Thanks to all who continue to support our hyper-local family business through either entrusting us with the sale of your home or investment, buying through us, referring many to use our services and to those who share or interact with us on our socials.

We hope that in return, you have found a business who gives back to its local community whenever it can and that you've personally found an informed advocate and expert on the area in Derek Baston.

So we will raise a glass tonight to you all and just as importantly Rickie Vinicombe, our rock - because we all know that nobody does this alone.

Wow! It has been a crazy few weeks.

Multiple offers, masses of people at viewings (literally hundreds) and tonight, two more homes are Under Offer!

We also thought it would be the opportune time to introduce you all to the newest member of the crew.
Isaac Polini is a local who has lived in Vic Park his whole life. Real estate runs through his veins, having a Mum and Dad who both work in the industry.

Isaac brings an injection of enthusiasm into the office and enjoys showing us a few tricks on the interwebs.

Welcome Isaac, we can’t wait for you to give Derek a run for his money 🤪

Students of the Kent Street Senior High School Approved Specialist Program - Aviation can fly above the skies of Perth. Taking off and landing at Jandakot airport, students are able to fly, assisted by school pilot teachers, from as early as Year 7.

They can fly solo from as young as 15 and work towards the attainment of a private pilot's licence whilst at Kent Street.

She is a beautiful Kelpie X who has run off in the storm.
She should have a collar and tag on, and is microchipped.
We believe that she was last seen along Jarrah Rd.
She is terrified of thunder 😔🙏
