Her story and experience reminded us that real estate is about so much more than a sale.

It’s about compassion, purpose and having a heart-centred approach to the way we work.

Theresa spoke about asking ourselves:
💛 What is my purpose?
💛 How can I genuinely help my clients and their families?
💛 Am I being compassionate, rather than simply focused on the transaction?

Her philosophy of “Be Proactive, not Re-Active” really resonated with us. In real estate, we often work with people who are going through significant life changes, selling a family home, downsizing, moving parents into care or navigating difficult family decisions. Being understanding, patient and genuinely present can make all the difference.

Theresa also reminded us that looking after ourselves today matters for our future. Managing stress, keeping our stress levels down, eating well and staying active through regular exercise are all important investments in our health and wellbeing for later in life.
