It really is great to receive your comments and feedback - seeing our online (and offline) social communities flourish is very exciting for us! We want you to be safe and to enjoy getting the most out of our Facebook platform, therefore we ask that you adhere to the following guidelines when interacting with our page:
- We endeavor to answer every query posted to our Facebook timeline. Our page is monitored from 8:30am to 5pm WST, Monday to Friday - so if you’re posting outside of these times, please be patient!

- Please note that repeat offenders will be reported to Facebook and blocked from the page
