Now that Spring has arrived, the wildflowers are beginning to bloom in the Perth Hills and our Estate is coming to life after resting during winter.

The fantastic rainfall we received in Perth during July will surely produce some amazing gardens during this beautiful time of year. A perfect time to pack a picnic and visit the Perth Hills then pop by our estate to watch the final touches being created.

Building is progressing very well at Hilltop Grove with 10 builds in progress, 3 nearing completion and the remaining 7 underway.

We are open this Saturday from 11am to 12.30pm and
Next Wednesday from 11am to 12.30pm.

We have a lot of positive activity happening at Hilltop at the moment.
3 x builds well on their way along with another 7 builds commencing, slabs now down, habitat planted out by Sue McDougall and her team and as always, surrounded by the abundant peaceful, green and tranquility of living in the Mundaring Hills.

Very exciting seeing our Estate come together....................with only 5 lots remaining, its never been a better time to downsize and build from just $495k inc fencing and landscaping.
