No stamp duty for homes up to $500,000

Reduced stamp duty for homes up to $700,000 in Perth/Peel or $750,000 in regional WA

No stamp duty for vacant land up to $350,000, with discounts up to $450,000

No stamp duty for off-the-plan properties up to $750,000
The changes apply to transactions entered into from 21 March 2025.
