🏆 BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE 🏆

A few weeks ago I attended our Builders 25/26 EOFY awards night and out of around 40 of Perth’s top building consultants I received the award for Best Customer Service. 😀
I’ve been in the industry 10 years now and over that time I have won some pretty cool awards but nothing compares to receiving this one. It’s genuinely what I push for every day with my business.👌🏽
I make sure every single one of our clients is treated exactly how I would want to be treated and I am with you from the beginning right up until you’ve picked up your keys.
I strive to give my clients the best experience of building a home that we can possibly give them.
For the majority with the feedback and referrals that we get it is a great one but it is not always a smooth process and if for any reason it does get tough you will know that I don’t dip. I will do what I can to rectify it with the builders management team and/or Land developers so we can all keep moving forward in the right direction.
I do my best to provide clear communication and if I say I’m going to do something I make sure myself and my team are accountable in doing so.
Being from Gisborne I know how hard it is to get ahead in life. So when I’m given the opportunity to try and help change someone else’s life for the better and put a roof over their little kids heads I’m all in. 💯

If you are looking at building a home and you are sitting on the fence because you are scared just know that we are the real deal at our company and we will look after you.

Gizzy is the Shizzy!

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my real down to earth client Kitione who recently picked up the keys to his beautiful brand new 4x2 with Theatre and Scullery. 🙌🏽
Kit was referred to us and then reached out to see if he qualified for his own home.
He most definitely did so we put a small plan in place and got everything underway.
Kit nailed what was needed of him and by doing that he’s just become one of Perth’s newest home owners. 😊
A fellow Gizzy lad we have many mutual friends but never actually knew each other back home. The connection was an easy one though. We both knew where each other stood and made sure we got it done. 💯

A huge CONGRATULATIONS to my clients Ihaka and Ashleigh who recently picked up the keys to their big beautiful brand new 4x2 with Study, Activity, Theatre and Scullery along with our pumped up Luxury spec throughout. 🔥
Ihaka and Ashleigh reached out to see if they qualified and got the process underway pretty quick once they realised they did.
We picked up a nice big block along the Northern coastline and designed a home to give them everything they needed and more.
We put a small plan in place to go through during admin and they hammered through that to get themselves into the position they are in now. 😊
It was perfect timing for them and they were quite lucky they ended up designing a bigger home as they were blessed with twins near the end of construction. 🙌🏼
After getting their home valued upon completion they not only got a stunning new home to go home to but they’ve already made $350k plus in equity on it. 🤑

Danielle and Dion reached out to see if they qualified for their own home.
We put a small plan in place to get them where they needed to be and kickstarted the process. They then ticked off everything that was required of them. 🎯
We found the perfect, larger sized corner block in the northern corridor and designed a home that suited their whanau’s needs.
It is honestly a beauty! 🙌🏼
We had a few hurdles along the way but Danielle and Dion stayed strong to the cause and now they have collected the treats of their hard work. 👌🏾

A big CONGRATULATIONS to my clients Washington and Una who recently picked up the keys to their beautiful brand new 3x2 with Theatre. 🔥
We even managed to give them the ultimate present and hand the keys over on Washington’s birthday. 👌🏼
Washington (Simba) is one of my fellow clubmen at Perth Bayswater Rugby club and everyone that knows him will tell you that he’s one of Baysie’s favourite sons. The man always has a big smile on his face and brings nothing but happiness to others whenever he’s around.
Washington and Una came to see me with their finance already sorted and we got to work real quick.
We hit gold finding them a block in an area that suited exactly what they were after.
With their input we tweaked the design to give their family what they needed and we got everything put into place. 😊
Nothing was stopping them from getting into this home.
I could tell every time I spoke to Washington how much it meant to him as a Dad to get this roof over his ladies heads. 🙌🏾
The hard work has all paid off as they have picked up the keys and have now made over $200k in equity straight off the bat. 💯
They are in a decent location to the rugby club aswell so they won’t be going anywhere else anytime soon. 😏
