We don't often see articles published that provide a honest, fair or balanced view from a property investor.

"I'm not a charity, that's for certain. I think we're very fair with our tenants. We don't want to profiteer from our tenants, but we do want to create an equilibrium between our incomings and outgoings so we're not going backwards," he said.

Today was the first day of my new journey, I took some time reflecting on where I am in life and thought if I could tell my younger self just a couple of things... what would they be?!

Here I go... 👇

1. It may not be easy to stand up and speak out for what's important to you, but you will be amazed how empowering, and important, it can be.

2. Stop fearing the unknown, be curious. Try new things. Strive for something that stretches you. Of course, there's a limit to this, so be careful.

There are so many others but these resonated closely with me.

I CANNOT WAIT to share my dream come true with you all... there is still so much happening behind the scenes but it is all taking shape and it won't be long before I can invite you to join me ☺
