Beautiful fully furnished large living space available in huge country-style share house in Casuarina. 2.5 acres in a quiet culdesac. Undercover parking, swimming pool, beautiful open spaces. Surrounded the tranquility of trees but close to civilisation.

Your private space is a huge attached granny flat with kitchenette and toilet. Two rooms: one with double bed and kitchenette. The other attached room could fit another bed or be used as an activity, storage or sitting room. This also has a private toilet for your use. You also have your own patio area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunset.

Make full use of the shared country style kitchen, living room with fire place and dining room, as well as incredible gardens, aquaponics and outside sitting areas. Shared spaces are used by three other house mates (full time working professionals and great people) and two little dogs (non-shedding so suitable for asthma sufferers).

6 minutes to Kwinana Station.
37 minutes to the CBD.
37 minutes to the airport.
14 minutes to Byford.

$210 per week, all bills included. Available from the start of May through to the start of October.
