We are looking for a Receptionist / Trainee Property Manager to join our growing team in Ardross.

This full-time hybrid role includes:
✔ Reception and front-of-house duties
✔ Administration support
✔ Assisting with social media content and helping build both my personal profile and our business profile online
✔ Learning all aspects of property management in real time
✔ Studying towards your Property Management Registration while you work
No two days will be the same. You'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business while developing valuable skills that can lead to a rewarding career in real estate.
We're looking for someone who:
• Presents professionally and has a corporate appearance
• Has excellent computer and technology skills
• Is confident speaking on the phone
• Is social media savvy and comfortable creating content and engaging online
• Has strong communication and organisational skills
• Is eager to learn, develop and take on new challenges
• Wants to grow with a small but ambitious business
Real estate experience is not essential. A basic understanding of the industry would be an advantage, but we are happy to train the right person.
This is an entry-level position, and the salary will reflect that. However, this role is designed to be the start of a career, not just a job. For the right person, there will be genuine opportunities for professional development, increased responsibility and salary progression as you grow within the business.
