We are pleased to announce the appointment of Thomas Building as the construction partner for Saunton Residences, Linic Group's $50 million premier coastal development in Jindalee Beach.
This significant medium-density project, featuring 46 modern apartments and a commercial tenancy, marks the first major coastal residential development along the northern Butler-Yanchep corridor and a key milestone in urban infill within the City of Wanneroo. Aligned with the government’s METRONET vision, Saunton will help address the region’s housing shortages with sustainable, well-located housing options.
A special acknowledgment goes to our Project Management team Hub Property Group, whose commitment and expertise have been instrumental in driving the swift commencement of construction.
Construction is set to commence at the end of this month, with completion expected by early 2026.
